If you feel that our company is not abiding by its posted privacy policy or have any other complaints about our service you should contact us.

Information Collection and Use

Cafe Silver, working as the only official distributor of silver jewelry designs produced by PT. Kawan Baik in the USA, is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Registration

In order to receive wholesale pricing registration is required. During registration a user is required to give their contact information as well as some information pertaining to their business (such as business name and location). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest as well as to help us verify the legitimacy of the user.

Ordering

We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address). When using our credit card form financial information (like credit card number, expiration date) is required. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Cookies

We do not use cookies here on our main site. Once you enter our shopping cart cookies are used only to keep track of the items your have placed in you cart. No personally identifiable information is stored.

Sharing

We do not share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Occasionally we send out a newsletter with information about new products. If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address.
